WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.

• committing to consistent action and building self trust
• noticing resistance when goals feel “stretchy”
• naming the subconscious voice that pushes excuses
• journaling negative thoughts to release them
• flipping the page to chosen thoughts and desired feelings
• avoiding spiritual bypassing and rumination loops
• why waiting for the full moon keeps you stuck

SPEAKER_00I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did She Just Say? With your host. That's me, Stephanie Frisbee. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy gift, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Welcome back to another episode of What the Fuck Did She Just Say? Yes, I have released this podcast on time. I told you last week in the last episode that I was going to release a podcast every single Monday at 5 a.m. Alberta time. And I've done it. I'm so proud of myself. And this seems like it's just a small feat, right? But I think that for the majority of us, we say that we're going to do something. We decide, okay, we're going to walk three miles every single day. And then we let ourselves down. We decide that we're going to show up in a different way, or we're going to start a diet, or we're going to go all in on our business, or we're going to go live every single day. And then we let ourselves down. I recently just took on this challenge and it was by complete fluke, actually. I thought I was signing up for something else. I clearly was distracted. And the universe went, uh no, we're going to get you to sign up for what you actually need, which is a 30-day challenge where I show up live, um, or not live, but I show up in my Instagram stories face to camera every day and talk about my coaching, which, oh man, you know, that is ass-packering for me. I have not gone live. Like I go live in Facebook in my groups. I have no problem coming here on my podcast. For some reason, I have this block against doing a video on my Instagram stories. It's weird, right? What's interesting about this is when I come up against that resistance, I think it's really important to work through it instead of succumb to it. Because we're not here to play small. So every single time we're going to take a challenge on that sort of feels a little stretchy, our subconscious mind, the bitch in the backseat, as I like to call her, is going to say, What? Why are you doing that? You know what? Maybe you can do that tomorrow. Maybe you should just take a break today. Your life has kind of gone to shit. So I think just rest, right? We can start this new thing tomorrow. That's what our brain is always going to do. And this is what I love to help my clients with because we don't have to listen to that bitch in the backseat, but we do need to put her in her place. And I think that a lot of times we just either listen to her way too much and we stop the car and go and have a sandwich, or we just pretend she's not there, but we really let her drive the car. Like there's two outcomes there that keep us stuck. What I like to do, listen to what she has to say and then tell her she's wrong, and then move forward from there. This is not a podcast about driving with some annoying asshole in the backseat. But what I want to talk to you about is the process that I help my clients through to kind of work through that resistance if we're not on a call. I think it is so, so important to journal out your negative thoughts. When we're sleeping, our subconscious mind is like a hamster in one of those fucking wheels. Like it just keeps going, it keeps going. It's kind of processing all of our limiting beliefs and all of the past crap. It's processing that while we sleep. So when we get wake up in the morning, that is like first and foremost in our minds, all of the negative things, all of the limiting beliefs that we have. Our bitch in the backseat, she has been like, I don't know, like up all night and just bossing us around and we weren't even paying attention. We were napping. Now we get up in the morning and she is loud in our ears. I don't think I can. I didn't get a really good sleep. I really should just hold myself back. You know, my life kind of like went to shit last night. I really just need to take a day off. We come up with all of these different reasons, aka excuses, but that's what's running around in the back of our minds. And we have to overpower her. So we write all of that shit out, and then we say, I release this all now. Or you can cross it out if you'd like. Like my current coach, she will write out on the left-hand side of the of the her journal all of the negative shit, like just like write out all the negative thoughts that she's got. And then she'll move to the right hand side of the page and she'll write out all of the positive things, all the things that she wants to achieve that day and how she wants to feel and all of the amazingness. That's the key to this journaling. It's to not just pretend that bitch in the backseat isn't there because she is, and she is for every single person. And if we just pretend we don't have negative thoughts, we just spiritually bypass it and we're gonna be stuck in no time flat. Also, if we just focus on only the negative and writing out and journaling out only the negative, and we never really flip the switch to go to positive, we're not taking control of our car. So we have to do that process of releasing and then choosing. It's the only way that it works. I was uh working with a mediumship coach at one point. She had learned about my journaling practice, and it was really interesting because she had said, oh gosh, no, Sandra shouldn't be journaling. Sandra shouldn't be journaling out all of her negative stuff. You can only journal out your negative stuff on the full moon. And while, yes, the full moons are amazing times to journal out everything that you want to release, then you're really holding your back to the once a month or once every 30 days to release your negative shit. So every single for 29 days, you're negative in the morning. That makes no sense. The thing is, is she didn't understand my process. She judged me without, or she judged my process without actually knowing how I do it. And I'm telling you, it is cathartic as fuck. It is so beautiful, this process to just write it out and really realize that any of the negative stuff that you're writing down, it's just old shit. It's just old crap, it's negative thoughts or unwanted thoughts, it's things that are holding you back. It really literally is the bitch in the backseat, that annoying backseat driver that you really can't stand. That's all she is. So acknowledge her, let it go, and then choose from there. I swear to you, this process will be life-changing. And so whether you want to sign up for my journaling series is called Journaling Strategies for Chicks Who Hate Journaling. Uh, because I used to be one. But whether you sign up for that free email series or whether you reach out to me, want to sign up and work with me, either way, I really, really, really want you to get unstuck because staying stuck and listening to that negative voice in the back of your head is not the way that I want anyone to live their life. I know for me, I listened to her for way too many years. And I'm done with that chick. I just want to acknowledge that she's there, let it go, release it all, and then choose my every single day. I'll see you back here next week. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your besties. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along with learning, and I will see you in the next episode.
