SPEAKER_00:

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did you just say? With your host. That's me, Stephanie. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Welcome to day 22 of my podcast advent calendar. I really want to continue on with the winter solstice ritual that I talked about yesterday on the December 21st podcast episode. So if you haven't caught it yet, it's really short, and I really want you to go back and listen to it. And you write each one of them down on little pieces of paper and you fold them up so that you can't read the inside. And you put them in a jar or a bowl or an envelope or something. And so starting on the 21st, you randomly take out one of those folded pieces of paper with your wishes on it. You burn it. And the idea is when you burn that wish, the universe or God or your spirits or your angels will handle achieving that wish for you. So you get to release that. But on January 1st, we'll have one left. And that one we actually open. We don't burn that one, we open it. And the one that we read is the one that we are responsible for achieving. Over the years, I've really worked on receiving energy. I've worked on giving up control over everything. And so, and I mean I'm still a work of progress, but I think that having these 11 wishes written out, burning them without knowing which ones I'm burning, and giving them to the universe is such a magical process. But also I find that the one that is left, I believe, was divinely handed to me. So the one that I didn't burn, the one that the universe or my spirit angels didn't allow me to pick, that one is special. That one is like the magic. I believe that that one is divinely given to me, and that for whatever reason, there's something, some magic, some growth, some beauty that I am going to achieve because I'm working towards this goal. And I just believe that it's like it's it's a gift in itself. So what are we going to do once we open this thing up? I think the tendency is pretty much just like New Year's resolutions, right? We get the dopamine hit, we get all fucking excited about doing this new thing, and then you know, two or three weeks later, we've kind of forgotten what we're going to do. And for me, if the universe is going to do their part in helping grant these 11 wishes, I can sure as hell show up for the 12th. So there's a few things that I'm planning on doing in order to make this happen. First is on January the 1st in the morning, I'm going to all excited open up my piece of paper, my wish. I'm going to read it and I'm going to place it somewhere in my space so that I do not ever forget what it is that I am working toward. And I know the universe is doing their part. So I'm going to show up for the universe and for myself. The other thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to feng shui my space in order to remind me of where it is that I'm going. So I'm going to look through my space and think: is there something in my home that maybe contradicts the wish that I want to achieve? Or is there something that I can place in my space that supports that wish? Like, is there some way? Because our space is speaking directly to our subconscious mind. And our subconscious mind controls anywhere between 95 and 97% of all of our actions. So if we want to take action towards our goal, we better be reprogramming our subconscious mind, right? So our space is giving signals, like signals to our subconscious mind. We don't even know they're there. And it's just feeding us this newer version of ourselves. The other thing that we're going to do is we're going to do an identity shift. And this is the real work. Wishes don't come true because you want it, they come true because you stop being the version of yourself that cock blocks it for real. If you have a wish or a dream, it means you have the capacity to achieve it. If you have not yet achieved it, you're blocking yourself. So we're going to shift the identity. Write out the sentence for this wish to happen. And then journal on all of the things that you're going to stop. Written out everything that you're going to let go of, that version of you that you're going to let go of. I then want you to journal on this. For this wish to happen, I now need to step into the version of me who this process works because it's not overwhelming. You don't get the dopamine hit and then go and eat a sandwich and fucking forget what you're doing. You release what isn't yours to control and you act where you do have control. A lot of times we might be wishing for things that are not fully in our control, right? We think, well, I really want this, but there's another person that has free will on the other side of that. But we can step into the identity of the person who has everything we want. And through that growth period, through that growth process, we will either achieve what we've wished for, or we will achieve greater. That's it. The only way this doesn't work is if we stop fucking working it. And I truly believe there is such magic in showing up with a new identity as a new version of ourselves, a new, more powerful version. And guess what? We were all that powerful when we came here. We just forgot it along the way. We need to resurface that power. That's it. So if you are working on this manifestation process with me on the winter solstice, I'm so excited. If you've missed day one, you've missed December 21st. I think the process is what's more important than the days. So start today. And we'll see you back here for day 23. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed up. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your best needs. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along with it, and I will see you in the next episode.
