WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.
Sandra
WTF did she just say?
Let's see what's behind Door Number 20 ...
Did you wonder how much egg nog I had editing Day 19? (p.s. none ... but I DID fall asleep several times so the errors were glaringly obvious). But ... that was a GREAT way to introduce JOY, imperfection and plain ole FUN as a way to increase the chi of your space! Listen in to this episode to hear about the decor that I intentionally add ...

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did Shepers Say? With your host. That's me, Stephanie Facebook. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Welcome back to another episode of What the Fuck Did She Just Say? Today is day 20. And I want you to go back. If you haven't listened to day 19, you have to because one, it was fucking fire. It was so good. I loved re-listening to it. And number two, I actually fell asleep while I was editing it. And so I like I would drift off and wake up and drift off and wake up. And so when I was listening back to it today, I realized that wow, I really didn't do a good job. Like there are a couple of places where I start talking about citrus. I must have accidentally cut out too much. And so I start talking about citrus and dried orange slices. And there's a whole little bit of it that is important to be there. And I accidentally deleted it. And then there's another place where there was a long pause, like uncomfortably long pause, where I thought, what is happening right now? But there was a moment there though, after I listened to it today, that I thought, oh, I gotta go back and edit that episode again because I don't love those two little spots. And I realized that I need to leave them in. Not just because I'm talking about it on the podcast. And then if you went and listened to 19, you'd wonder what I was talking about. But because I think that there is joy in the imperfection. We spend so much time trying to make absolutely everything perfect. And a lot of times it holds us back from actually even starting. And so I'm leaving it be, and I'm hoping that it gives you permission to just start messy. And also for day 20, it's giving you permission to have a little bit of fun in your holiday decor. I think too often we look at the perfectly curated trees and the exactly matching wrap and we think that that's the standard. But what if authenticity was the gold standard? What if we just shot for having something in our home that brings us joy that makes us laugh? One of the things that I I have done since 1989 is watch Christmas Vacation every single year, most of the years, while I was wrapping Christmas presents. I love that show so much. It is incredible to me that that is still the go-to for so many people. And it's been this many years. But because I love it so much, I have a few different items in my space that reminds me of that fun energy. I have a couple of Christmas ornaments. One says, Merry Christmas, shitters full, and it's got a picture of the RV. And another one says, Home of the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nut house. But I also have a picture that my friend had um made for me. And it says, in a world full of Grinches, be a Griswold. And I just picture Clark's face like just a big huge happy smile when he looks at the tree. Like I just smile when I think about it. And so I think that that should be the energy that we bring in to our space. Those pattern interrupters, those items that just bring a smile to your face or add some conversation or add a bit of laughter. It increases your vibe and increases the chi in your space so well. The other thing to think about is where would you want to put those sort of pattern interrupters? A lot of times the kitchen can be a lot stressful. So you might want to add an ornament or something in your kitchen that reminds you, that gives you that little bit of fun. Or for me, I have those two ornaments actually not on my tree, but I do have them in my entrance. And that sort of just like sets the tone for my Christmas holidays. The other place that sometimes there can be a lot of people is the living room. And when you get a lot of mixes of energy, it can be a lot. So having something that brings that fun, joy into your space is a really good way to increase the chi and sort of break up any of that energy. So I'm giving you permission, and I think I've talked about this before in this advent calendar, but like just take the pressure off. It doesn't need to be a perfectly curated Kardashian Christmas, you know? It just needs to be authentic to you. So if you love elf, put some elf things in your home. If you love Christmas vacation, put on the show, but also maybe some of those little mousse mugs and some eggnog, something that just brings joy. I think we need to bring the griswald back. So I hope you do too. I'll see you back here for day 21. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed up. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your best views. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along with it, and I will see you in the next episode.
