SPEAKER_00:

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did She Just Say with your host. That's me, Stephanie Place Table. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy gift, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Hey there and welcome to day 19. Today I want to talk about the vibration of the various different things that you might be adding into your home with Christmas decor. This evening, my daughter and I were sitting in the living room, and our Christmas tree um has silver, gold, and red on it, in addition to all of these tiny little um s'mores ornaments that I get each of us every single year. And so we have all of these different s'mores ornaments that represent something about us. Now on the coffee table, I have a centerpiece that I am so freaking proud of. It has a huge silver platter, and inside that platter, I have lights and silvers and golds and little disco balls, and it's just um pine cones, and it is so gorgeous. But when we compare the Christmas tree and the vibration of the Christmas tree to the feeling that you get, the vibration that you get from the centerpiece that's on the coffee table, it was completely different. And there's a reason for it. Your pine cones, your ribbons, they're not just there looking cute. Everything you put into your home has a frequency. So I want to kind of go through and just let you know what some of the elements that you might be putting in your house, what they represent, so that now you can look through. And I'm not going to tell you to go and change your horde whole decor, but I want you to be able to look through, like look at your decor and see what it's saying to your subconscious mind. So that you'll be able to sort of feel into it and realize this color makes me feel this way. Okay. So first things first, I on my centerpiece, I have pine cones. Anything that is coming from the earth like that is going to be grounding. It'll be earth energy. So pine cones literally are saying, like, breathe, slow down, you're safe, take a moment. Probably why I love them. Um, but they're really, really good in the entryway or anywhere that the energy feels a little chaotic, but I happen to have them in my centerpiece. Now the color red is activation and energy. It is like the caffeine of Christmas decor. It represents warmth, it represents connectedness, family connectedness. So it's it's really nice to kind of like add some interest to the space and add some excitement to the space. Now, green and blue. If you were to add green and blue to your space, green and blue represent calm and balance. Green is more about growth and healing, and blue is about peace, emotional regulation. These are the colors that really just are a deep exhale to your nervous system. Silver is about clarity and intuition. Silver is crisp and clean, and it's metal energy, it's like organization. Gold, not shockingly, is abundance, but it's also self-worth. It's a warmness, it has a warm richness to it. It also, because it's got that connection to self-worth, it's almost saying, like, I deserve good things, I deserve abundance. So I love that. In my office right now, I have a gold Christmas tree. It's well, it's sort of like a sparkly little branchy thing, but I love it. And to me, it really does sort of represent like specialness and abundance for myself. So homemade decorations they bring that nostalgia to them, that connection, the feeling of belonging, they bring comfort, and really it's recognition of all of the people that really matter. Homemade decorations just add that sort of fun, relaxed joy to it. Now, if you really like white decor, white decor is this fresh start energy. White is like clean and bright and it brings in new things. If you want to add citrus or dried oranges, whether you use dry the dried orange pieces or whether you just put a bowl of oranges in the middle of your kitchen island, they really like lighten up the energy, but also orange is a really good representation for abundance as well. I always recommend a bowl of oranges for abundance. Now, if you wanted to add some stars, stars represent hope and higher perspective. They are symbolic of guidance, a vision, of possibility, like thinking about wishing upon a star. That's where I always think about that. And so usually we see treeters as stars. I have one myself that's kind of a funky star. And it really just like to me, it does really represent hope and like wishing on a star. So ribbons, ribbons represent flow and movement. Adding ribbons into your decor, into your space, they're not only simple and they're beautiful, they also help to move the energy. So if you feel stagnant or stuck, ribbons are just add that sort of flowiness to them. Now, if you added something like that, was plush, fluffy pillows or a nice fluffy blanket. I have um we my daughter and I just bought a candy cane blanket that I am obsessed with. I love it so much. But when we add those things, we're adding comfort and emotional safety. So anything soft like that, it brings that coziness, the warmth, and it reminds you to sort of rest. Opposite, if we add in sparkle and glitter or a lot of lights, which is what I love to do in my home, uh, we have those little battery-powered twinkle lights, like every place you could imagine. We went through so many batteries last year that my husband now has purchased rechargeables. So we're recharging like crazy all the time, just feeding those little suckers. But they're so pretty and they just add this beautiful glitter. And sparkle raises the vibration really fast, so it adds excitement and adds magic. But to me, so it adds excitement and holidays sort of sparkle, but to me, it's representative of magic and it's an amplification of magic. So you can see why I love those little suckers. As with anything, too much of a good thing can be not a good thing. So, for example, if you were to have too much red in your home and you notice that you feel sort of edgy, too much red can actually excite the energy too much in the home. It can cause the opposite of what you want. So, what we want is connection and warmth between people. But if we have too much red, it can almost cause an agitation. If you have way too much white, it almost feels like you're not allowed to relax. So, what ideally what you would like is to just know what each of the elements represent, know what vibration you want to have in your home, and then add in that as your predominant scheme, but add in a few other things that sort of tone it down, that balance it out, and add in a few other of the frequencies or the vibrations that you would like for your home to represent when people come over or when you just experience it yourself. Your space makes you feel differently. Your nervous system feels different depending on the decor that you have. So I hope you have an amazing day today, and I will see you back here tomorrow for day 20. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed up. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your best needs. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along with 40 folks, and I will see you in the next episode.
