WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did She Just Say? With your host. That's me, Stephanie FootStable. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy gift, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Hey there, welcome back to the podcast. Yesterday I was thinking about how I keep talking about the chaos of Christmas and so much to do and being so overwhelmed. And when I'm talking about that, I'm really appreciating the fact that there is really not a lot of chaos that happens in my house. And every year, I really do have a very relaxing Christmas, and it's quite small with just a very small amount of family here. And so it is very calm. But why not add a little chaos to that, right? So we decided to foster a German Shepherd Cross puppy for Christmas. And we picked him up today, and he is a lot. He is fun and rambunctious, and he is the cutest little fucking thing. I love his ears, they bounce when he runs. I mean, he's adorable. And also, he still needs to be trained to go to the bathroom. Um, and he needs to get used to things earlier. He was scared of our ceiling fan, and you know, so we just did add a little bit of chaos. Now, our six-year-old lab was playing with him and teaching him how to dog, and I feel like she just needed a break. So she and I came into the Zen Den, shut the door, and I'm recording this podcast while Marley is just laying next to me, sacked right out, sleeping. And it was a really good reminder of why the Zen den that I talked about earlier in the podcast, but it's a really good reminder of why a Zen den is important. So if you have not created your Zen Den, if you listened to that podcast and then just went and made a sandwich and completely forgot, I want you to make sure you find a space that just feels like a place of beautiful calmness where the energy just feels like a deep exhale. Declutter the place, make sure it feels nice, cozy. Maybe put some extra pillows or a blanket or something there and spend time in it every day. I mean it. It makes a huge difference. It's made a difference for me and for Marley. We've just had a few minutes to ourselves and it just feels so luxurious and so nice and calm. We've shut the door, it is peaceful and relaxing, and it literally makes a huge difference. So even though our holidays are not that chaotic anymore, I do my very best. And even when the kids were young, I did my very best to try to maintain the keep the clutter to a minimum, put the toys away every night and just try to keep the noise to at a level that doesn't make me want to rip my ears off. And I think it just creates such an enjoyable experience. But sometimes, you know, the the noise can get to be a lot, especially if you have a lot of people in your home. And so having that just a few moments to go into your Zen Den, shut the door, take a deep breath, block out the noise for a little bit, just five minutes. Deep breath in, pause for four, deep breath out, pause for four. It's amazing how it will regulate your nervous system, and you'll be able to enjoy the rest of the day. So if you haven't created your Zenden, do so now. If you have a Zenden, but it's kind of gotten a little messy, go back, declutter, make sure it's nice. I love my Zenden right now is our bedroom. And so every single morning I take five minutes. I make the bed, I make sure that the blankets are there, that it's cozy, I turn on the side lamps, and I just know that every single time I come into this room, it just feels luxurious. Just a moment or two every day in this space makes your holiday season so much more enjoyable. Now I'm gonna see you back here tomorrow for day 19. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your bestie. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along with 204, and I will see you in the next episode.
