WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.

I'm still glad that you're here. You are listening to what the fuck did you just say? What your host that's me at the first place. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random craziness, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did it. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Welcome back to the podcast. Today is day 15. There are 10 days till Christmas. And nine more days of these advent calendars. So PS. But what I noticed is that for me anyway, the closer it gets to Christmas, the more people we have just sort of stopping by. Um, and usually unexpectedly. So yesterday, neighbors came by and brought the best cookies ever. She she brought them last year too, and they are so good. I have to get the recipe, but they're like craisins and oatmeal and white chocolate chip and walnuts and yum. They are good. Um, and then earlier today we had a neighbor come by and drop off a little gift. Um, my friend popped by and picked up some gifts that she had delivered to my house. And just in general, we have more people coming to the door than I would say would be normal. And I know that that can be really stressful at times. When I was working full-time and then I also had my own side business, I remember feeling like if someone told me they were gonna come over, I had this insane panic. Like if there, I was like searching for a genie in a bottle to just take one of my wishes, and that wish would be can you please clean up this house in the next 30 seconds? Because I have company coming over. And in my 50s, I kind of realized, fuck it, you know what I mean? Like, no one gives a shit about my house, the cleanliness or the you know, the things that are out of place. And quite frankly, if someone does come to your house and judge you on how clean it is, they're not your fucking friend, right? Like, they don't deserve to be in your house. I used to always think if someone is going to look at the condition of my baseboards, like how dusty my baseboards are, why am I inviting them over? You know what I mean? Like if someone is gonna judge the dog hair on my floor, like get lost. That being said, I do love to kind of make sure that my guests feel welcome, that they feel comfortable. And to be honest, I am not comfortable if my house is in disarray. So I do try as best as I can to just make sure that everything has its spot. And that's the thing. If you have items that don't have a place to go, that is clutter, like right, like that contributes to so much clutter. But if you have a place for everything to go and you sort of in your mind every single day decide that you're going to place those things back where they're supposed to go, it's a lot easier to keep clean. But if you do have someone coming over in five minutes and you want sort of to just give your house a lick and a promise, um, here's what I would do. I would make sure that all of the shoes and the coats are away from the entrance, that the entrance is clear so that they feel comfortable coming in. Not only do people feel comfortable coming in where there's like a landing space, but again, that's the mouth of qi, right? And so that's where all the the opportunities and the energy come into your home. So you really want to keep that clean as much as possible. Like if there was only one place in my space that I could keep clean, it would be the front entrance. Okay, there's a lot of rooms, there's a lot of places in in my home that I would really want to focus on, but probably the front entrance would be the biggest one that I would focus on. Also the bedroom, because that's where we relax and recharge at night. Like I think it's really important. And the other one is the kitchen because it can feel really overwhelming to cook when everything is sort of in disarray. But if you have company coming, that was like a little escape, an ADHD side note. But if you have company coming over right away, the first thing I would do is clear the entrance, like the very first thing. I would make sure that the entrance is clear. The next thing that I would do is make sure that they have a place to sit where they feel comfortable. If you have extra time to clear off surfaces, you wouldn't believe even just clearing off one surface, how that makes your place feel. It literally can take you five minutes to clean an entire living room. And especially if you have just like a box or a laundry basket or whatever that you can just throw things in, like toys or whatever, it's easy to pick up. That five minutes, you would be amazed at how much you can do in five minutes. And of course, I mean, decluttering is always going to be good energy. And when you can declutter and remove things that you no longer love, use, need. And if you can remove anything that's broken, you make room for miracles. Like you truly do. You make room for new things to come into your life. It really, truly will only take you five minutes. Give yourself a bit of a break, do what you can, and let that be good enough. And I'll see you back here tomorrow. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always already done. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would go with your best meetings. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing more, and I will see you in the next episode.
