I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did She Just Say? With your host. That's me. At the first table. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Welcome back to the podcast. Today is day nine of our advent calendar, and I'm talking about money and financial abundance. There's a reason why I talk about money in connection with feng shui. I think, well, A, there's a lot of money tips that I can share with Feng Shui, but B, anytime I am to do a consult with someone, I ask them for their three goals that they would like to achieve for themselves. And inevitably, probably nine times out of 10, one of those goals, usually the first one, is to improve financial abundance, get more money, sell more things. And luckily, I have a lot of tips for that. So these aren't specific to December, specific to Christmas, but I love to share them. So first things first, make sure that you have a working light outside your home. You want the universe to find you. You want money to be able to find you. And a lot of times we forget to turn on our outside light or it burns out and we don't think about it, think about replacing it. A client of mine lived out in the country and she had a burnt-out yard light. And as soon as I mentioned this, she said, okay, that's the thing. Tomorrow we're going as quickly as we can to replace that yard light. I've been meaning to do this forever, and we just have been putting it off. I can't remember what it was, but within a few days, she actually had, I think it was more sales or something that brought in some extra revenue for her within a few days of changing that light out. And that is not shocking. It's always amazing when I hear those stories, but it's not shocking to me because I hear them all the dang time. So whether it happens to be a yard light or an outside light, you want to make sure that those are in good working condition. Number two, you want to close your toilet lid or close the shower curtains. Traditional feng shui would say that if you leave your toilet lid up or the shower curtain open, it's money down the drain. Now, I don't necessarily love any of the fear shui that goes on. So I don't like any of my clients or any of my listeners to think, oh my God, I've been leaving the toilet lid up and that's why my money is going down. Like, no, I just love every time I close the toilet lid, I think, okay, money stays in my bank account. This is good for my money. This is good for abundance. Like every single time I put it down, I think in terms of the positive, not in terms of the negative. Whatever works for you though. Number three is money is related to any of the water elements in your home. And so one of the things that I really, really focus on is if you've got a dripping tab or if you've got like a running toilet or something that you know needs fixing, fix it. Anything that is broken or leaking leaks your money. There was one time where my husband and I were talking about how it just felt like money was just flying out of our fucking bank account. And it it just seemed like we couldn't figure out where in the hell it was going or what in the hell was happening. All of a sudden, we realized that we had a sink in our en suite, which PS happens to be in our wealth law. So double trouble here. We had a sink or tap that was leaking. So we replaced, we went out and we replaced the counter, we replaced the tap. It looked beautiful, we absolutely loved it. And guess what? The money stopped leaking out of our bank account. I'm not kidding. It was almost shocking to the point where I thought I was losing my fucking mind. Like, why do we have so much money in our bank account now? When two weeks ago it seemed like it was just flying out of our account. Like it was just leaking out of our account. No kidding. And the other thing, of course, I'm gonna tell you this all the time is get rid of your clutter. Clutter is stagnant energy, and it stops the flow of absolutely everything. It stops the flow of good energy and good chi. And also it stops the flow of money. So you want to make sure that you design your home to be as abundant as humanly possible. I hope that helps.
