WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.
Sandra

I'm so glad that you're here. You're listening to What the Fuck Did Shit J Just Say? With your host. That's me, Stephen Footstead. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did. And I really hate long, drawn-out intros. So let's fucking go. Hey there, welcome back to the podcast. Today is day five of my advent calendar. And I want to talk about the refrigerator. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter had gone to get groceries. And one of the things that I like to do periodically is just remove absolutely everything from the fridge, clean the inside out and all of the drawers and the baskets and the shelves, and just assess what I have in the fridge. And I think I told you this on the podcast before, but like last year, I had something like 13 jars of pickles in my fridge. Like, who the fuck needs 13 jars of pickles? It's just absolutely ridiculous. But sometimes, you know, when you have so much food in your fridge that you can't necessarily see everything. And so I like to take it all out, clean the inside, and then really assess what needs to go back in. Sometimes, you know, you've got expired, expired jars or expired things, or items that you might have forgotten were way in the back, and they're really tasty, like some crab apple jam, you know? And so it's a really good opportunity to just kind of see what's in there. But there's another reason that I love, love, love to do this at Christmas. Once we have everything cleaned out and we put only the like the best of the best back in, there's more room to make the inside of the fridge nice and neat, and even have little baskets or bowls of fresh fruit, washed vegetables. And here's why it's important at Christmas. I don't know about you, but my husband has done some Christmas baking. So there is Christmas baking on my kitchen table, sometimes on the island, and I am walking past and snacking on it. And I shouldn't be having sugar. But what am I doing? I am having sugar. The date squares, short bread cookies. I mean, I'm walking past and I'm just snacking. But when we intentionally design our fridge, just like we design our homes, when we can intentionally design our fridge and have washed vegetables, washed fruit all nicely laid out right at eye level or right at um like where it's easily accessible. If you have little kids, you might want to put all of those things on the bottom shelf. You can do the same thing with the pantry, have little baskets of healthier snacks so that your kids aren't wired on sugar. Or I'm not wired on sugar. But it's just really nice to just be able to go in, grab some fully washed carrots, have some apples or some oranges that are out on display on the counter, and it'll at least allow you to have some nourishing food in addition to the snacks and the the extra little treats that you have at Christmas. So that's your day five tip, and it really just signifies to your subconscious mind oh, I can have this healthy food too. So that's your day five of the podcast advent calendar. I'll see you back here tomorrow for day six. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your besties. Leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing along with all the four, and I will see you in the next episode.
