WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.
Sandra

No Music, No Problem: Done is better than Perfect
NOTE: In this episode I said that my Beacbody Coach friend had spelling that sucked. I meant TYPING. Ugh .... I have semantic dyslexia and sometimes I flip words that can be interchangable in the sentence. USUALLY I catch myself but today ... I didn't.
AGAIN ... done is better than perfect.
Also, my friend and I BOTH have typing issues (that we tease about). I write a newsletter every month and in every single one ... I have at least one spelling/typing error.
I ALSO WANT YOU TO KNOW: I love that you're here with me ... reading away in my show notes. I am the chick who ALWAYS reads the shownotes and truthfully ... they are a little underwhelming.
I get the idea that they should be intriguing enough to give you a REASON to listen to the episode, but I sorta like the idea of having a conversation with you here.
So ... lets do things DIFFERENTLY on WTF Did She Just Say? ... okay?
Come hang out in the show notes from now on ... I'll try to give you a little BTS on the stuff I'm talking about.

Well, hey there, welcome back to the podcast. You'll notice, still no music. I still have not found music. And today well, actually yesterday, I didn't even look for music. So full, full disclosure, I just didn't feel like it. And today I'm sort of realizing the magic of just starting messy.
Speaker 1:I used to be such a perfectionist, or cancel, that I used to fear failure so much so that everything had to be perfect before I started. And, as you can imagine, if you're waiting for perfect, perfect doesn't exist. So if you're waiting for perfect, you're waiting for a long fucking time. And one of the things that I really noticed now as a transformation coach, now that I see things in such a different ways, and when I coach my clients through this process, it's the same process every single time Choose your goal, choose mindset tasks, energy tasks and action tasks that take you towards your goal. We work together to sort of clear out the sludge that has been holding you back Mindset-wise, energy-wise and action-wise. We find a strategy that works for you. Magic happens, and it happens every single time. Every single woman that comes to work with me is holding herself back in some way. Usually it's because the timing is not perfect, the strategy isn't perfect and we're waiting for something to just click and we don't realize in the moment that it's just take action and you'll figure it out. So I'm showing up here today, without intro music, to show you that you can still have something really transformational. You can still have something magical that you put out into the world. That isn't perfect. In fact, it might just be your magic.
Speaker 1:I was a success partner with a Beachbody coach whom I adore, and she was so successful as a Beachbody coach. People loved her just as much as I love her. She helped a ton of clients. It was amazing because people just saw her as so fun and so relatable. And you want to know something? Her spelling sucks. There was some times where I would say to her that I needed a super spy decoder ring just to figure out what it was that she was saying. But you know what? It was her magic. It was absolutely her magic, and she could have held herself back to make sure that all of her spelling was perfect. But you know what? She probably wouldn't have put those posts out there. She wouldn't have helped the women that she helped. She wouldn't have shown up at all if she was trying to make everything perfect and none of her clients cared. In fact, it was absolutely endearing about her. It's one of the things that I love about her. She just shows up in the world.
Speaker 1:Where are you holding yourself back until the timing is perfect, until you have all of the certifications, until you have all of the podcasting equipment? Before I started podcasting, I had to have a podcast mic. I had to have all of this equipment and guess what? I am right now recording this. I am laying on my bed. There is no podcast mic. It's just me and my dog Marley. I didn't need all that shit. You're still here listening to me.
Speaker 1:Don't hold yourself back waiting for perfect. The timing will never be perfect. There is no such thing as perfect, and what's great about this is that when you just take imperfect action, when you just make it good enough, when you just start messy, a beautiful thing starts to happen. You start to take action and the action speaks to the universe and the universe starts to hand you different ideas, better ideas, ways to tweak things. You want to know what's going to happen here ideas, ways to tweak things. You want to know what's going to happen here.
Speaker 1:I am going to do this podcast and I will have no intro and no outro music and I will either A stumble across music that I absolutely love that I wouldn't have found if I tried so desperately to find it in a day, or B this podcast is going to go viral because I don't have fucking music that everyone has to listen to, or just numb their brain out to this long drawn out intro of who the hell I am. If you want to know who I am, you can go to the show notes. You'll see it. You'll see my website. You can click on it and you can go and click around and you're going to find out tons of things about me. There's an about me page. You don't need to listen to who I am and what I do for every single podcast episode to extract the magic out of whatever it is that I say. So go show up today, Be daring enough, be bold enough to be imperfect. You're good enough. Might just be the thing that another person needs today. See you tomorrow.
