[Part 2] Manifest Your Dream Life in 2025: The 20 Questions That Will Change Everything

Season 2 Episode 136

ChatGPT prompt:  I want to create a goal and vision for 2025.  Please guide me through this process by asking me 20 questions one by one and when I'm done answering the 20th question please write my dream life story for 2025, what my 2025 affirmation will be and then my top 5 goals broken down by relationship business family money body and life.

I have listed MY questions in this episode, so you are welcome to use all or some of these as journal prompts if you would like ... (some of them are REALLY good questions) but I really encourage you to get the ChatGPT free site and copy and paste the prompt at the top of these show notes!!  It's so worth it.

Speaker 1:

I'm so glad that you're here. You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host? That's me, sandra Priestly. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros, so let's fucking go. Okay, yesterday, if you haven't listened to yesterday's episode, go back and listen to that.

Speaker 1:

I talked about a chat GPT prompt that I've used. That was a lead into these 20 questions that I felt were like pretty much really good journal prompts, but it led me to the most amazing vision for 2025 goals and an affirmation that I can read every single morning to reprogram my subconscious mind, like it is the most beautiful thing. And so I have 20 questions that chat GPT asked me and I wasn't. I had said I wasn't really sure if each person has a different 20 questions. Well, funny enough, what I love about Olive, aka ChatGPT, is that it learns about you, so the more you use it, particularly if you use it properly by priming it, but if you, the more you use it and the more it gets to know you, the more it can kind of guide your questions, knows, sort of it knows about my business, it knows about my goals, it knows about the clients that I work with, about my goals. It knows about the clients that I work with not I mean individually, but just as a whole, sort of the general gist of who I work with, and so it was really interesting to see the questions that Olive came up with. What was fascinating is I had people reach out to me today, the day that I'm reading or that I'm recording this. I had people reach out to me today, the day that I'm reading or that I'm recording this. I had people reach out to me today and tell me about a little bit about their questions. Their questions were different than mine. I just find this fascinating. So every single one of us that does this prompt is going to get 20 different questions. How freaking cool.

Speaker 1:

So what I wanted to do is, if you happen to be the person that is going back and asking ChatGPT to give you your 20 questions, and if you're interested to hear some of the other ones, or if you just want to use my 20 questions that Chad Chibiti asked me to use as journal prompts. I think that'd be amazing too. So I'm going to read you mine. We will see what you think, because it really helps to build clarity for your own vision, okay. So question one if you could, actually, I'm going to read what I asked it again. So the question and the prompt. I'll put it in again in the show notes. But the prompt is I want to create a goal and vision for 2025. Please guide me through this process by asking me 20 questions, one by one, and, when I'm done answering the 20th question, please write my dream life story for 2025, what my 2025 affirmation will be, and then my top five goals, broken down by relationship, business, family, money, body and life. Okay, here we go. So now you're supposed to answer this as fully as you can. So if you were going to use these as journal prompts, make sure that you take some time.

Speaker 1:

So question one if you could wake up on December 31st 2025, feeling completely fulfilled and proud, what would need to have happened in the past year for you to feel that way? So that's question one. So that's question one. Question two what does a typical day in your dream 2025 life look like? Walk me through it from morning to night. How do you wake up? What do you do? How do you feel?

Speaker 1:

Question three what kind of people are in your life in 2025? Who are you surrounded by? Friends, clients, mentors how do these relationships feel? Question four what does your business look like in 2025? What are you known for and how do people describe your work? Question five how do you make money in 2025? What are your main income streams and how does money flow into your life? I love that one.

Speaker 1:

Question six how does money feel to you in 2025? What's your relationship with it? How do you think about it? Spend it, save it and enjoy it with it. How do you think about it? Spend it, save it and enjoy it? I love that one too.

Speaker 1:

Question seven what does your body and health look and feel like in 2025? How do you move, eat and treat yourself? Question eight what does your family life look like in 2025? How do you feel in your relationships with your family? Question nine what does your family life look like in 2025? How do you feel in your relationships with your family? Question nine what does your home and environment look like in 2025? Where do you live and how does your space feel? Question 10. What kind of travel and experiences do you have in 2025? Where do you go and what memorable moments do you create? Question 11, what kind of impact do you have in 2025? How are you changing lives and what legacy are you starting to build? Question 12, what habits and routines do you have in 2025 that make your life feel easy, aligned and joyful?

Speaker 1:

Question 13, what is one limiting belief you fully release in 2025? And what do you believe instead? Now, this was one of my favorite questions, and how I started answering it is I said can I have two? And then I went into the limiting belief that I had the one that I wanted to fully release. So then the way that I answered that question led to number 14. What is the second limiting belief you fully release in 2025? And what do you believe instead? And then in brackets, because yes, you can have two with a laughing emoji. Yes, you can have two with a laughing emoji. So it begins to just shift, like chat. Gpt will shift the questions based on some of the answers that you give. One of the women that I talked to today said that there was questions that she had no idea how to answer, so she literally would say no idea how to answer. So she literally would say I'm actually not sure. And so chat GPT would shift the next question because she didn't know the answer to the first one. Okay, let's keep going. So that was question 14. Was the last one.

Speaker 1:

Question 15, what is one bold, badass move you can make in 2025 that changes everything for you? Question 16, what does having a wait-listed mastermind feel like for you? How does it change your business and energy? Because in question 15, I had responded that I was been thinking about doing a mastermind. I had responded that I was been thinking about doing a mastermind. Question 17. What is one fun, unexpected surprise that happens for you in 2025? Something you didn't plan but absolutely love. This one was so fun. Question 18. What is one skill or strength you master in 2025 that elevates everything in your life? Question 19, what is one word or phrase that defines your energy and mindset in 2025? Think of it as your personal theme for the year.

Speaker 1:

Question 20, if you could send a message to your future self on December 31st 2025, what would you say to her? What would you want her to know, remember or celebrate? Like? These questions were at the very beginning and I think I said this yesterday on the podcast but at the very beginning I thought, oh my gosh, this is so generic, I don't know what to write. I'm slightly annoyed. This is going to take me forever. I feel like I've been typing forever and it's only question one. I don't want to do this. I don't want to get to question 20. But the more questions I answered, the more fun I had in creating my life.

Speaker 1:

And I think here's the thing is that the majority of people don't do the work. The majority of the people won't get to question 20. They won't do the work, and then we'll bitch about the fact that their lives haven't changed. How many times did you think all I need to do is meditate every single morning or every single day, I'm going to get up in the morning and I'm going to write out five things that I'm grateful for and or five things that I want to achieve in the day, and then at night, five things that you are grateful for. That that happened throughout the day. How many people stick to that? Very few people stick to that Very few. If it would change your life if you did this every single day for a full year and you knew it would change your life. The majority of people will not follow through, but if you're listening to this podcast, you are one of the women that will. This podcast, you are one of the women that will Follow through.

Speaker 1:

Get on ChatGPT, the free one. Ask the question, answer all of the questions, all of every single one of these 20 questions, and see what comes out. And once you get the answer, don't just forget about it. Print it out, read it every single morning and see how your life changes. Oh, I'm so excited for you. Go do the work. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your besties and leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along on this journey and I will see you in the next episode.
