I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros, so let's fucking go.

Okay, if you have chat GPT or if you've been using chat GPT, chatgpt or if you've been using ChatGPT, I want you to try this prompt. It was a prompt that a friend of mine saw on TikTok or Instagram or something, and I think it's probably pretty popular. But I want you to try this prompt because it is like the most beautiful thing you will ever read about 2025. It is literally like your vision for 2025. So I'm going to read the prompt to you, but I'm also going to put the prompt in the show notes so that you don't have to hit pause and try to capture what the prompt is. I mean, that's what I had to do watching this video and it was annoying, so I'm not going to do that. So you just check the show notes, copy and paste, put it into ChatGPT and then follow the prompts. Here it is I want to create a goal and vision for 2025. Please guide me through this process by asking me 20 questions, one by one, and when I'm done answering the 20th question, please write my dream life story for 2025, what my 2025 affirmation will be, and then my top five goals, broken down by relationship, business, family, money, body and life. I love this so frigging much, and one of the things like I've got to say it almost was like a journaling process because question one. So I'll give you an example of what I received in my questions.

If you do this process, your chat GPT might give you totally different questions. I'm not sure, but this is what my very first one was. Question one was if you could wake up on December 31st 2025, feeling completely fulfilled and proud. What would need to have happened in the past year for you to feel that way? And it says answer as fully as you can, because it's about creating a future that excites you, and I got to tell you.

Speaker 1:

I got this question number one and thought, oh Lord, this is going to take forever. It's going to be like one of those quizzes you know that you get on Facebook like decide your degree of ADHD. And I mean, really my degree of ADHD is going to be high because I'm really fucking bored with these questions. Like I just want to escape and do something else that my mind has its attention on. But I thought this is what this is going to be. It's going to take forever. I don't really want to sit here and answer these 20 questions, but I'm telling you, answer the questions. Take the time to answer the questions as fully as you can.

Speaker 1:

I love this process so much, not even just for the outcome, because the outcome was amazing. I actually created a document out of it, the vision that I got and the affirmation and the top five goals broken down. Once ChachiBT, who I call Olive, once Olive printed them out into a document. I just created the document, I printed it out and I have that on my nightstand and I'm like I read it every single morning and it just reprograms your brain. And remember I talked about this on a previous podcast.

Speaker 1:

But when you wait first wake up in the morning is when your subconscious mind is fully awake, still, and your conscious mind is sort of still snoozy, and so this is the best time to reprogram. It is right before you go to bed, right when you wake up. So if you can get up in the morning and it be like, have this be your new non-negotiable. You read it every single morning, you feel into it, like feel it when you read it and you let it guide your energy, the frequency that you feel and the vibe that you have and the energy that you feel this with. It's the emotion that you have when you feel all of those things. That's when your life will start to manifest even faster than before. It is so powerful, it is such a powerful exercise and like, just let it fill every single cell of your body. This is when you will manifest the amazing stuff.

So, take your time. Don't do what I did, because I rushed through a couple of the questions, thinking, fuck, number one is already long and now I've got to do 19 more. But trust me, be as complete as possible and just, you will love, love, love reading the outcome. Welcome to your new vision for 2025. Let's make this shit happen. Thank you so much for listening.
