I'm so glad that you're here. You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host? That's me, sandra Priestly. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros, so let's fucking go.

Speaker 1:

Yesterday, I talked about this getting into this energy of I'll figure it out, this neutral response to I'll figure it out, and what that does is it releases the resistance that you have. It releases you from any emotional attachment that you have to the situation, and you stop fearing the outcome and you stop fearing the how and stop stressing about it, and you just sort of get into the energy of trusting yourself. One of the things that I noticed, though, is that, a lot of times, if you're sitting in this energy and you're resisting this, if you resist, saying to yourself, I'll figure it out, or if you're excusing it, saying to yourself, I'll figure it out, or if you're excusing it, how many times? If I say to you, just shift into neutral and say I'll figure it out, no matter what it is or the universal work it out, or I'm just going to be open to the universe and open myself up to possibilities. Truthfully ask yourself are you arguing with me? Are you saying, yeah, but it's not that easy? Oh yeah, but whatever I'm going through is really, really difficult. She doesn't know. Are you sitting and making excuses? And if you are, know that you're human that's what we do but also know that this is what your brain is doing to keep you small. We would much rather sit in negative, in fear. We would much rather, because if we can sit in fear, we can sit in negativity. We're safer.

Speaker 1:

Ask yourself how you benefit from this bullshit story that you're telling yourself. Ask yourself how you're benefiting from the excuses that you're playing in your mind. The short answer is you're not. You are not benefiting. It's going to keep you small. It's going to keep you from stepping forward. It'll keep you in fear. It will keep you in negativity. It will keep you in worry. It will keep you in a depression. It'll keep you in fear. It will keep you in negativity. It will keep you in worry. It will keep you in a depression. It will keep you in anxiety. It will keep you in a place where you are not able to move forward. It will absolutely keep you stuck.

Speaker 1:

But what if it all works out? What if you sit in an energy of what if it all works out? Instead of sitting in the space of your bullshit story, your own excuses when you resist the possibility that it might work out, you're holding yourself back. Pay attention to what you're saying when I say but what if it all works out? Are you saying what if it doesn't? If you catch yourself doing that? That's the thing you need to focus the most on is shifting out of that into positive if you can, into neutral at the bare minimum. Thank you so much for listening.
