WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.
Sandra

I'm so glad that you're here. You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host? That's me, sandra Priestly. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros. So let's fucking go.
Speaker 1:Marie Forleo wrote a book called Everything is Figureoutable, and I'm always fascinated by books that are like the most ridiculous, simple thing. I mean the Five Second Theory by Mel Robbins Five, four, three, two, one, and then you take action. Not rocket science. I mean, actually it was a rocket taking off or the space shuttle launching that got her to thinking about this 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and then get out of bed. But it isn't rocket science, it's not something so difficult to understand. It is literally like countdown 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and then move the let them theory. It's changing my fucking life and it is not that complex and everything is figureoutable Also not difficult to understand.
Speaker 1:Sometimes the things that are the simplest will change our lives. We make everything so much fucking more complicated than it should be, and then we justify ourselves from staying stuck. One of the things that happens when you say to yourself everything is figureoutable. Or you come across a really difficult situation and you say to yourself I'll just figure it out. I'll figure it out or it's all going to work out. What happens when you have that energy? It opens up your brain to look for possibilities. Instead of looking for pitfalls, looking for ways that this could go catastrophically wrong. You start to open up your brain for possible options, for possible ways to figure this out. That's the magic of it. So the next time you're in a really shitty situation, I just want you to say to yourself you know what? I'm going to figure this out, I'll figure it out or this is going to work out. When we do that, we shift everything.
Speaker 1:Life comes along and will kick us straight in the fucking box sometimes. Like, let me tell you, especially when you are petted for huge success, sometimes you run into big, huge walls and they hurt. But we need those to stretch ourselves. We need those experiences to help us maneuver around them so that we can step into that next level version of ourselves that has the success that we want, no matter what it is want, no matter what it is. So if we just get into this almost like a game, like drop into neutral, remove the emotion from it, drop into neutral and just say to yourself everything is figureoutable, I can figure this out Everything could shift. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your besties and leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along on this journey and I will see you in the next episode.
