WTF did she just say?
Oh my goshhhhhhhhhh welcome to my podcast!!! I'm so excited that you're here and I am honoured that you choose to place ME in your AirPods every week!!!
Here's a bit about me:
My name is Sandra. I'm a business coach for women, a feng shui practitioner and a 2x national leadership award winner. In saying all of that though, I feel like I'm just a girl from Saskatchewan, who is put on this earth to inspire you to step into your power ... right fuckin' now.
I think that all too often, we convince ourselves that there is nothing we can do ... that our life "is what it is" and that ONE DAY we might be able to have the life that we dreamed of.
Uhmmmm NO.
That's bullshit.
Sorry ... but it's true. In a split second, you can choose differently. In THIS moment, you can take that courageous step toward the life you desire. It's my job, my gift and my obsession to help you share your sparkle with the world and I'm excited to get started.
You got this. Let's go.
Sandra

I'm so glad that you're here. You are listening to what the fuck did she just say with your host? That's me, sandra Priestly. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros, so let's fucking go. Okay, on Tuesday, I promised you that I would tell you something amazing for self-love on Feng Shui Friday. So here we are.
Speaker 1:The thing that I talked to the women in the powerhouse membership about this week was about using your space to enhance how you feel about yourself. Here's the trick when you enter your house, you should feel good, you should feel your spirit rise, you should feel this lovely interaction between your home and yourself. When you walk in the door, you should just take a big, deep sigh and go. I love being home. Too often, we spend so much time thinking that our home is just a container for our shit, and it's not. Our home is like a space, an energetic space that interacts with our bodies. We take care of it and it takes care of us. Like. I want you to start thinking that you're co-creating your life with your home, because that is what it is. It is not just a container for your shit. Our home is a reflection of ourselves. It's an expression of our inner life, and so if we want to feel good about ourselves, we got to feel good in our home and we want our home to really reflect how we feel this loving relationship with our home. We want to take care of it and it will take care of us. So walk in the door. How does it feel? Does it feel like you're happy to be home? Do you take a big, deep sigh of relief that you're finally home? Does it smell nice? Do you have a place in your home that you can go? And it just feels so good. Do you treat yourself with new, fresh towels? Do you add flowers to your space just because they make you smile?
Speaker 1:One of the things that I have in my office, it's a large crystal paperweight. I don't know who needs paperweights these days. I mean, maybe you do in Southern states where the windows are open all the time but, like right now, it's minus 40 with the windchill, so there is no windows open and I am not at risk for papers going flying. But I have this beautiful crystal paperweight. It's about the size of a softball and I love it, and as soon as the light comes streaming into my office I move that crystal paperweight into the light so I can see it reflect all the prisms on my wall. It is the thing that I absolutely love and I make sure my office is clear and clean so that I really cherish that crystal ball. I can see all of the prisms all over the walls and those things just make my heart happy. Like all of the prisms all over my walls, they just make my heart happy. I also have a plant pot that has sort of little reflective sides on it all over the place. It throws off tons of these tiny little prisms all over my walls.
Speaker 1:Your home should just have beautiful things in them that just make your heart smile, and when you love your home like that, you feel better about yourself. Down in the show notes you'll see that it says send me a text and let me know what your favorite place in your home is, and if you don't have one, then it's an amazing day to start. Find the place that you just feel like you love or you want to be your favorite space. Declutter it. Remove absolutely everything that doesn't bring you joy, absolutely everything. Move it all out. I don't care where you put it.
Speaker 1:For right now the goal is I mean, ideally we don't want to just move our clutter around but for today, clear all of your clutter out, leave it really really nice and beautiful, add things in that make you smile and spend time there, and then tomorrow you can go and deal with the stuff you just took out. But I just want you to spend time. I just want you to have one space in your home that just makes you happy. You deserve that. If you want to join us in the powerhouse, the link is in the show notes. See you tomorrow. Thank you so much for listening. I hope you've had some laughs, maybe some ideas, and that you've been inspired to take some type of action toward the life you've always dreamed of. If you feel so called, I would love it if you would share with your besties and leave a review down below. I look forward to bringing you along on this journey and I will see you in the next episode.
