I'm so glad that you're here. You are listening to. What the fuck did she just say with your host? That's me, sandra Priestly. I'm all about living our best life and finding our zone of brilliance and then removing the resistance so that we can go all in. I say random, crazy shit, which is why I called this podcast the way that I did, and I really hate long drawn out intros. So let's fucking go.

Speaker 1:

You remember way back in 2024, when I started working on my website and it was something that I was voiding and I just oh, the tech shit just really annoys the hell out of me, so I was avoiding working at it, I was avoiding looking at it, and what ended up happening is, the more action I took, the more clarity I received. The more action that I took, the more ideas I got. The more action I took, the more clarity I received. The more action that I took. The more ideas I got. The more action I took, the more excited I was to take more action, because the ideas were just generating like crazy. And what I've been noticing these first four days of January, when I've been doing the work with the women in the work, is that the more consistent we are, the more ideas we get.

Speaker 1:

One of the things that's so perfect about this program is an aspect that I've designed in with it, and it's just to reflect on the day. So, every single day, to reflect on the day, so every single day, we have our set things that we do every day, or set tasks that we do every single day, and at the end of the day we reflect back and we look did we complete them, yes or no? No guilt. And then, if we did, we look at what we did well, what we did well. I also like, in a little bit don't tell them, but once they get used to doing all these tasks, we're going to start to reevaluate. We're going to see can we add on a little bit more? Once we get comfortable, can we add on a little bit more? Can we do something different? Can we, if we have those tasks on automation, can we do something more or different or shift to keep challenging ourselves and keep pushing ourselves, because then we're going to hit our goals faster.

Speaker 1:

Right, complacency is not the vibe, but every single day, currently, we're looking back and we're going okay, did I complete them all? Yes, what did I do? Well, okay, did I complete them all. Yes, what did I do? Well, why did I complete them all? Did I not complete them all? What happened? What was my mood? What was my sleep like? Did I get distracted by something? What was that distraction? Was I making excuses? All of the things? No guilt, just reflection and objectivity.

Speaker 1:

What's interesting is that this has almost become and we're just like only completed four days. But for us in the group, what it's become is this beautiful self-awareness piece. I was doing a visualization today, which is part of my energy work that I do, and in this visualization it was so clear that my closet was full of clothes that I don't love, don't wear, wouldn't buy again, don't fit, don't make me feel good, and I have this rule If it makes me feel like shit, I get it out of my house. So why was I keeping all of these things? I was wearing some of these clothes, but they didn't ever make me feel good. I thought about it. I have this like bright pink shirt and every single time I put it on, I think this doesn't make me feel good. I walk out of the bedroom and think I do not feel good in this shirt. Why would I keep that? Why do we keep this? She's just complacency.

And what's amazing is that this challenge group I mean, we've just completed day four. Where will we be in day 90? All of us are gaining so much clarity and so much introspection and awareness. And I am too, because I don't just teach this stuff, I don't just create a group and then fall away. I create the group and I show up more than anyone.
